Return / Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

We will gladly exchange any item at no additional charge. You will have to cover the shipping for the item to come back to us but we will cover the shipping costs for sending out the replacement.

All items must be in their original condition. If you are exchanging an item for another item of greater value, we will contact you by phone or email to obtain your credit card number and charge the additional amount to your account. For security purposes we do not keep credit card numbers on file. All exchanges are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please allow ample time for your exchange to reach us. 

If you need to make an exchange because there was an error on our part (we shipped you the wrong item), please send an email to store@craigkingmusic.com.

Return/Refund Policy:

We will gladly refund your money for returned items. Returned items must be in their original condition. Your refund will be issued by the same method that payment was obtained (credit card or check). All returns are processed within 48 hours of when we receive them. Credits may take up to three business days to post to your account. Please allow ample time for your return to reach us. Your original shipping charges are non refundable.

Exchange Procedure:

If you need to make an exchange for any reason, simply send the item back to us at the address listed below. Please include a note with your name, address, telephone number, and order number. Also indicate the item you are exchanging, the reason for the exchange, and the item you would like instead. For clothing items, please make sure to state the color and size of the replacement item.

Return/Refund Procedure: 

If you need to return an item for a refund, simply send the item back to us at the address listed below. Include a note with your name, address, telephone number, and order number (invoice #). Please indicate the item you are returning, the reason for the return, and state that you would like to be refunded. If you originally paid by credit card, we will issue your refund to the same charge account. If you originally paid by check or money order, we will issue and mail you a check upon receipt of the returned item.
